Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Send an email to contatto@AlleChic.com with photos of the damaged items. We will arrange a replacement if available; otherwise, we will issue a full refund.

Exceptions for Refunds: Refunds cannot be processed in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided.
  • Package was not picked up from the local post office or parcel locker.
  • Delayed delivery that did not meet your expectations, as we have no control over shipping times or customs delays.
  • Products purchased on sale are not eligible for return.

Proof of Quality: For issues related to damage or product quality, we kindly ask you to provide proof (e.g., photos of the defective product). This documentation helps us with quality control and continuous improvement of our offerings.

Return Process: Once your return request is approved, we will send you an email with the return address. Please drop off the package at your nearest post office for return shipping.
